Your Development Roadmap

Accelerated Development FrameworkTM

A season-long curriculum that maps where a player stands today, then builds a structured plan to move them up. Progress is measured and skills are progressed across a full-spectrum skill inventory, leaving nothing up to chance.

I reverse-engineer NHL-level skills into straightforward, easy-to-learn progressions that your player can actually follow and execute in games across all major skill domains - technical skills, tactical skills, and team skills.

Your Development Roadmap

The Accelerated Development Framework.

Typical private lessons cram 10–15 skaters onto the ice with no roadmap. CTH is a repeatable loop that turns effort into measurable progress.

  • 1
    Study

Players learn the concept first, on-demand video and curriculum, so ice time is spent executing, not explaining.

  • 2
    Practice

Small-group sessions drill the skill with direct coaching, 4 to 6 players max.

  • 3
    Apply

The skill gets tested under pressure, in games and camps, where habits actually show up.

  • 4
    Review

Game and practice film get broken down with NHL comparisons, so the next fix is obvious.

  • 5
    Progress

Written progress reports document the gains, then the loop repeats at a higher level.

Your Skills Engine

The NHL Skills Formula.

I reverse-engineer what NHL players actually do into progressions your player can learn and repeat. Every rep maps to a pro standard, so the next thing to sharpen is never a guess.

  • Technical Skills

The primary movement skills required to play the game effectively - skating, puck control, passing & shooting.

  • Tactical Skills

Making individual reads & decisions in combination with technical skills to create an advantage over an opponent or group of opponents.

  • Team Skills

Playing as a unit, support, positioning, options and decisions within a coordinated system inside of game patterns.

FAQs

Your questions, answered.

Simple answers about who each program is for, what is included, and how to start.

Coach Tony develops competitive youth players roughly 10U through 16U. The system is built for players who want to reach higher levels, from developing skaters to travel and AAA athletes.

Most lessons cram 10 to 15 skaters onto the ice with no roadmap. CTH is a documented curriculum: an assessment, an individualized plan, weekly sessions capped at 4 to 6 players, and written progress reports so development is measurable.

One private Sticktime and one off-ice session per week, a multi-month individualized curriculum, three written progress reports per season, and weekly NHL video comparisons in the player portal.

Yes. The Hockey Skills Accelerator (HSA) is the online development layer: a self-guided skills library, video analysis, custom off-ice programming, and coach feedback in the community, available nationwide.

Camps are seasonal 3v3 cross-ice tournaments with tactical constraints and film sessions. They are self-booking through Pembee.

Pick the program that fits, then reserve a spot through the booking link or reach out to Coach Tony directly. Every player starts with an assessment, so the plan is built around their actual baseline.
