Full-time, self-employed youth hockey coach building a system to accelerate player development.
I’m Coach Tony, a full-time youth hockey coach based in Irvine, California. I built Coach Tony Hockey (CTH) around one core belief: every player can reach higher levels, faster, with the right system.
My coaching approach is built on systematic, progressive skill development. Instead of scattered, random training, I use structured frameworks that build on each other - so every session, every drill, and every lesson connects to a bigger picture.
Whether you’re working with me online through the Hockey Skills Accelerator, in person at a sticktime, or at a multi-day camp, the goal is the same: accelerate your development.
I coach players ages 8-16 at the rec, B, BB, A, and AA levels. My programs are designed for players and parents who are serious about improvement and want a clear, structured path to get there.
